HOW MANY OUNCES COME IN A BUNDLE?

Our bundles are 3.8 oz-4oz depending on the length.

WHAT COLOR DOES THE HAIR COME IN?

Virgin hair only comes in natural colors of the donors which is usually a dark brown color.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

We aim to ship as quickly as possible. Most orders have a shipping time of 2-3 days after payment.

DO I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, all purchases will receive a tracking # when your hair has been shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not offer any refunds. Exchanges are only approved if you received the wrong items. We offer high quality hair that we thoroughly check before shipping. However if there is a quality issue, if we approve, you can receive an exchange warranty within 3 days of received shipment.
