There are NO RETURNS on purchases, Exchanges are ONLY accepted when you have received the wrong items. Due to health regulations, we will only accept merchandise that has not been tampered with, is in its original condition and PLEASE CONTACT IS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING HAIR FOR APPROVAL ON EXCHANGE (NO EXCEPTIONS).
